Hey Harrison,
I’m really sorry to hear that. It sounds like he really meant a lot to you. How long did you have him for?
Cheers
Tony.

Hello Harrison
I am very sorry. I never had a dog but I know it becomes family.
What was his name?
Cheers
Pex

Hey Harrison, I’m sorry to hear that. It really is the same as losing a family member. He was lucky to have people who obviously cared so much about him, I’m sure he had a great life!

I had to put my little black beagle/lab mix down today. I know I did what had to be done, but it is still a very hard burden to bare. I am on the computer surfing for some comfort and found your page. I am honered to have rescued that sweet little abused dog and gave her 5 years of love and care. She will be missed and lovingly remembered. I’m sure your heart aches every day with sweet memories of your loved one too.

We just had our dog put down today…she had bone cancer as well. I am very sad to think that I will never get to splurge on her puppy licks and barks (she was 12 years old) but I had only heard her bark once these past two months, and that was when she was surprised. She was a sassy girl, and had not been so recently…
It is always good to hear that other people know what it is like to lose a best friend and family member and I share everyone’s sorrow.

I had to put my mini schnauzer, Pup, down yesterday. He had gone blind with SARD 6 months ago and his other senses were failing. He became incontinent. It was the most agonizing decision I ever had to make. He was my best friend, and for someone with Social Anxiety Disorder that’s a big deal! I have cried for two days and want him back so bad. I know it was the right thing to do and even spoke with our priest about it as well as countless other friends and dog owners. I am so sad and miss him so much, he was such a great little guy….
