OK so here's the thing. I'm old. Pretty damned old. Looking back at when I was 15 or so, I thought the same thing... "how can they judge me by my age, and how can they say she's not mature when they have no idea how mature I'll be at say 40, maybe I'll be worse then?"

But here it is. The older you get, the more experiences you've had. And well, every life experience changes you just a little, "matures" you just a little. Or it's supposed to, anyway, but as we know some people never grow up. So I think that's all it is when old fogies like me say that teenagers aren't mature yet, we just remember being that young and realize how differently we think now.

OK, but you, young man, I'd say you've got your head screwed on pretty tightly at your young age. Look at you, making the money and getting yourself into Revenue magazine. Good job. You've accomplished more at 15 than many adults ever will. Does that make you mature? I don't know because I don't know you. But I'd say that if you are as mature as many adults right now, then by the time you're 40 you'll be even more mature, or should I say wise? I bet that when you're the age your parents are now, you'll look back at how you thought at 15 and the decisions you made and you'll say, "Wow, I making money and making some pretty good decisions, but if I could do it over, I'd do this or that differently."

And even if you're not mature right, who cares? You're not supposed to be, you're 15. That doesn't mean you're not smart. Let's don't confuse the two. So don't be offended if someone does say you're not mature, it certainly isn't an insult unless you hear it when you're 25 or 30.

Only thing that changes is that you think different about some things and that you begin to look old :,-(

I am 29 now but I remember when I was 14 I was no different than now :))
The only change is the experience from all these years that makes me act different and take maybe different decisions now.
Some major experiences made me think twice about:
-friends. What the hell are wrong with those ppl? Always bitching :))
-money. They are very important and they are always more difficult to make than expected.
-priorities in life. What is really important?
-time. I stopped loosing time. I do stay hours doing nothing, or watching videos on youtube but thats for unwinding and I need that. But I don't lose time for stupid things anymore. And I get annoyed if anyone that I know disturbs me with some "problems" that take me alot of time to resolve, even if they pay me witch I can't accept. That gets on my nerves really. :))
etc etc.
Harrison maybe you care one day to leave a comment on my blog :)
