Hi Harisson,
Just heard of you recently and I must say I am impressed so young and successful. I admire you Harrison and I try to get some inspiration from young brilliant minds like yours, because I am old enough to be your dad, my youngest son is older than you are. You are awesome. You are right, age should not really matter, its the wisdom and the experience, the exposure and so much more than age age.
I have been trying to keep up with your blog and would like to make a suggestion, not a recommendation but a suggestion, take a look at it and do a good research and you could probably test the waters so to speak. I just thought of this suggestion from my point of view, so we probably will have different views. Since people on the internet specially marketing sometimes get so focused on what they are doing and doing well, tend to overlook some segments and trend that may prove to be promising.
You probably heard of cash gifting, have you? Well there are literally hundreds and thousands around in one form or another, I will not try to promote my own group and i never have because we are ethical (Im not saying others are otherwise, but some groups out there seems to be acting that way- :( )we give no hypes, just the plain truth and the simplicity of the matter and the nobility of the purpose, its really about people helping people. It is giving back our blessings and sharing them without expecting something in return.
However having that kind of heart is going with the law of attraction and once one follows the law it comes in naturally back effortlessly. Let me me give an example, the law of gravity, whatever you throw up must go down, right? And it doesn't matter whether you believe it or not, its the law it will fall down effortlessly naturally. And the law of giving is the same, give and you shall receive. Probably may not be from the ones to gave to but it will return back to you a thousand fold along the way effortlessly and naturally, it won't matter if you believe it or not, it will always be because its the law of the universe.
This is not to imply that I am a guru or something, I just have to happen to have come across this path and have done extensive research. If your time will allow may I suggest that you take some serious effort and the right amount of time to go over the material and absorb it.
You know, Harrison I have a question for you. Do you believe in destiny? My coming across your blog is not an accident nor a coincidence that you are looking for something, right? Im not a fortune teller but whenever there is a missing piece of a puzzle dont you find it odd that one or two or three suggestions come across your path? But only those with the trained eye and wisdom can these disguised happening or occurrences be shown as an answer or an opportunity or the solution to something. It is said by a Buddhist Guru that "the teacher will appear whe the student is ready"
If you are waiting for me to write down my website I will not publish it here, I don't want to ride the wave of your popularity and besides it maybe construed as self promoting if I do. So I will leave you my primary email and if you will have the chance to read this post email me and i will email it to you.

See you around. Wishing your continued success.

Definitely go for employees. It's hard as hell to manage contractors! Plus they're likelier to be late, as yours is one of many projects.

"Even people who work for you at your own building can still sell your ideas to other companies"
There you go...
Keep keyword lists to yourself and hire freelancers for programming.
I guess you already do it this way.
