I too am a forward thinking young man. I think that people can relate to our success, but they don’t know what its like to continue to push up and outward being young and having the obstacles of the “seasoned” yesterdays thinking ones who run companies and don’t look to change. It is not easy taking advice from a 27 year old; they don’t realize that we are just as capable as they are to come up with new brilliant ideas. I currently run my own team in Bank of America closing home loans in this “down” economy I have remained in the "Chairman's Circle."
